Job Title: Electrical Systems Engineer Job Type: Contract (59 weeks and 40 hours a week) Hourly Rate: £27.78 per hour Location: Gaydon Consultant: Alex Townsend Reference: 28213 The Organisation: The client is the largest automotive manufacturing business in the United Kingdom which produces premium all-terrain vehicles and premier luxury sports saloon vehicles. All the cars are engineered in the UK and the client has large ambitions for growth. The Role: EDS engineer

Experience And Skills

Skills Required: Management of a Team of Engineers from wiring harness supplier. Organised and able to influence. Able to present technical issues/status and work within a team of Engineers. Can understand complex Bill of Materials and vehicle Electrical circuits. Project Management skills preferred. Able to present at Senior reviews. Skills Preferred: Able to sustain a high, multitask workload. Combine Engineering with business skills Experience Required: Previous work within a multidiscipline Engineering team, preferable electrical. Technical problem resolution. A knowledge of System validation processes. Experience Preferred: Automotive Engineering development, an understanding. Education Required: Degree in an Engineering or related discipline or equivalent preferred Additional Info: Primary location is Gaydon, but travel between Solihull, Castle Bromwich, Whitley and Wolverhampton plants as well as supplier facilities may be required. This is a 40 hour contract with a 3.30pm finish on Fridays. Clean UK driving licence and availability for overseas travel from time to time.
